Join us as we cook dishes with traditional Mexican dish birria, originating from the Mexican state of Jalisco. In this event we will explore the ways birria can be cooked and eaten, i.e stew, salsa, tacos, etc. If you are interested in learning about making of Birria and want a delicious meal, pull up!
