Hungry for Nostalgia 

An event based off the childhood classic, The Very Hungry Caterpillar. This event focuses on viewing food as we did as a child, rediscovering the pleasure of eating. Activities include food tasting, relaxing music and storytime, coloring, flower arranging, a costume contest, mocktails inspired by the book, mindfulness and meditation exercises, and a special “cocoon raffle” for rest and renewal items. The goal is to create a safe, fun, and supportive space that encourages balance, mindfulness, and community connection.
