Curious about data science but not sure where to start? Join us for a relaxed evening of conversation and networking. This event is designed for students from all majors whether you're in social sciences, humanities, business, or STEM to explore how data science intersects with your field in an informal, low-pressure setting.
Meet professors and peers from the Computer Science Department, ask questions, and discover how data literacy can be valuable in any career even if you don’t plan to become a data scientist. No coding experience required; just bring your curiosity. Let’s make data science fun, accessible, and interdisciplinary!
1. Learn how data science applies to your discipline in a casual, approachable way
2. Connect with CS faculty outside the classroom
3.See why data literacy matters—even if you never write a line of code
Open to all majors and backgrounds. No prior knowledge needed!
