Parkour & Freestyle
Parkour & Freestyle ClubThe Parkour & Freestyle Club is a student-led community dedicated to introducing and promoting parkour and freestyle movement at our college. Our goal is to create a welcoming space where students can learn, train, express themselves, and build confidence through movement.
The club will teach students the fundamentals of parkour, freerunning, freestyle movement, body control, strength, agility, coordination, and safe training techniques. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced athlete, everyone is welcome to participate and develop their skills at their own pace.
Beyond physical training, the club aims to educate students about the sport, discipline, mindset, and culture of parkour. Through regular training sessions, workshops, demonstrations, and community activities, we hope to encourage students to stay active, challenge themselves, support one another, and develop a positive relationship with movement.
Most importantly, the club will bring students together and build a strong community based on respect, teamwork, creativity, discipline, and encouragement. We want to create an environment where students can make friends, discover new abilities, overcome challenges, and enjoy the freedom of movement.
Our vision is to make parkour more accessible on campus and build a community where everyone can move, learn, create, and grow together.
