Civic Ambassadors
The Civic Ambassadors bridge campus and community by turning civic engagement into action. We publish a monthly magazine on social justice issues, host public panels with local activists and leaders, and run bi-weekly "Take Action Tuesdays" for voter registration, petition signing, and legislative advocacy. We connect students with Hudson Valley organizations, help them meet their representatives—from town officials to state legislators—and teach them to navigate government meetings and advocate effectively. Through events both on and off-campus, we make democracy participatory, accessible, and social. Show up. Speak out. Make change happen.
