90s Female Singer-Songwriters Club
Each week, we will meet and discuss an album from a 90s female singer-songwriter (Tori Amos, Fiona Apple, Alanis Morissette, etc.). Members are encouraged to nominate music they would like to hear discussed. While 90s female singer-songwriters will be the main focus of the club, albums we listen to don't have to be from the 90s, by women, or by singer-songwriters. Additionally, members are encouraged to bring their own compositions to the club, whether it's lyrics, creative writing, or songs. The quality of an album listening can be as casual or as in-depth as you would like--you can listen to it while doing other things or spend hours researching lyric interpretations/trying to recreate guitar riffs.
